Information on the COVID-19 safety measures of Filoxenia Apartments

At Filoxenia Apartments, starting July 1, 2020, we follow all sanitary protocols and take appropriate measures to successfully implement the instructions issued by the Hellenic National Public Health Organization (EODY) and the Ministry of Tourism, for everyone’s protection within our premises.

The measures we apply are:
 

• People with fever or COV1D-19 symptoms will not be allowed entrance to the property. All guests will be subject to temperature measurement during the check-in process.

• Keeping a safe distance – avoid overcrowding during check-in / check-out.

• Extension of check-out and check-in between guest residencies (check-out until 11.00 am, and check-in from 3.00 pm). This operational arrangement in the time interval between each check-in and check-out is mandatory, and ensures that the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guest-changes and that adequate natural ventilation of interior spaces takes place before the next guest settles in.

• Disinfection of keys

• We thoroughly clean and disinfect all apartments after each use, applying a steam cleaner as well as disinfectants that have been officially recommended by the Hellenic National Public Health Organization (EODY).

• In the event of a suspected COVID-19 case in our premises, we are fully-prepared to follow the safety and protection plan issued by EODY. If you notice any symptoms, please contact the hotel’s reception.

Other information for our guests:

• The entrance in the apartments is only allowed to guests

• Please inform us at check-in if you allow us to perform daily cleaning service in your apartment.
